Breeding
Asexually by fragmentation and budding. Sexually by spawning. Fragmentation is common in the hobby. New polyps emerge from the base of the skeleton.
Care Notes
Moderate lighting (100-200 PAR). Moderate to strong current. Supplement Ca (420-450 ppm), KH (8-11 dKH), Mg (1250-1350 ppm). Weekly feeding improves growth.
Compatibility
Keep distance from other corals (longer tentacles than Hammer coral). Compatible with clownfish. Minimum distance 20 cm.
